However, we understand that there may be times when a pallet does not meet your expectations, or issues may arise. Please read our Refund and Return Policy below, which outlines the steps for returning pallets and how we handle refunds.
1. General Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all pallets purchased from BestDealsPalletLiquidation.com, starting from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we can no longer offer a refund or accept returns. To be eligible for a return, the pallet must be in the original condition it was received, unused, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
The following conditions must be met to qualify for a return or refund:
- The pallet must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The pallet must be unused, unaltered, and in the original condition (including original packaging).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: We sell liquidated pallets and bulk products, which often include surplus, excess, or returned merchandise from various brands. Because of the nature of these products, we cannot guarantee that all pallets are new or in perfect condition. However, if any pallets are defective, damaged, or missing, we will accept returns or provide a refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Order number
- Description of the pallet(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (e.g., defective, damaged, or not as described)
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if your return is eligible. Please do not return any pallets without obtaining an RA, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with the return instructions, including the shipping address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the pallet was defective or we made an error in your order.
- Pack the Pallet: Carefully repackage the pallet in its original packaging (if possible) or an equivalent protective package to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Pallet: Send the pallet back to the address provided. It’s recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned pallet.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned pallet and confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned pallet is received and inspected.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returned pallets that are not defective or damaged. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and repackaging the pallets for resale.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the pallet was defective, damaged, or an error was made with your order.
5. Damaged or Defective Pallets
If you receive a damaged or defective pallet, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. You may be eligible for a full refund or an exchange, depending on the situation.
- Damaged during Shipping: If a pallet is damaged during shipping, please take clear photos of the damage and retain all original packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund.
- Defective Pallets: If a pallet is defective, please contact us and provide photos or detailed information about the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a pallet, you will need to return the original pallet and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Non-Returnable Pallets
The following pallets are non-returnable and ineligible for refunds:
- Pallets marked as “Final Sale” or “As-Is”.
- Pallets that have been opened, used, or altered.
- Pallets missing original tags, labels, or packaging.
- Perishable goods, such as food or consumables.
